Due to our ongoing growth, there will be a strong focus on recruitment and improving HR processes in the coming period. You will report directly to the Head of HR and work closely with the Leadership Team in Leipzig.
What will you do?
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including post job listings and conducting interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding
- Maintain and manage employee records
- Support HR and payroll administration
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing (in collaboration with the payroll administrator)
- Be the point of contact for employment law matters with external legal counsel
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of HR processes
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
- You will work closely with HR in The Hague to ensure that processes are well coordinated. In the event of an absence, the Leipzig office will take over the duties of The Hague, and vice versa
- Organize events: after work drinks, friend & family day, team off site (teambuilding & training)
